Slow-Cooker White Chocolate Raspberry and Cream Cake
This came out hard and dry, I think I overcooked it. The directions are very ambiguous, with a cook time of 'between two and three hours' didn't work for me. Also, there is no way to properly check for doneness, because the toothpick in the center kept coming out uncooked, and the sides were getting dry. I was bitterly disappointed, because it smelled so good and I was really looking forward to eating this, but in the end it was a burned up gloppy mess!
