Mini Turkey Focaccia Sandwiches
"Very good! I used the @Philladelphia vegetable flavored cream cheese spread instead of the red pepper spread because I couldn't find any. But everyone raved about the turkey sandwiches and gobbled them up! (no pun intended.)"

Autumn Leaf Cupcakes
"Very yummy cupcakes, the candies for the top were a tad difficult to get out of the cutter without them breaking, but were easy to piece together and then let re-set in the fridge. They tasted like a peanut butter cup! I also made my own chocolate buttercream frosting....They were so delicious that everyone devoured them within minutes!"

Sunny Lemon Bars
Rating:
The lemon bars are good...but I would have to agree with the majority here that they are not lemony enough. I reduced the sugar to 1-1/4 cups, but I dare say you could reduce to 1 cup and they would be sweet enough. I also increased the lemon juice to 1/3 cup and it definately still needed more, more like 1/2 cup lemon juice for a more distinct lemon flavor. I did not have any trouble with the crust as some were saying, but I did line my pan with parchment and sprayed it with cooking spray, the bars came out perfectly. These bars would be 5 spoons if only the lemon flavor was more detectable.

Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookies
Rating:
This is an awesome recipe; the cookies came out perfectly! They are so addicting! I used pecans and I think next time I will also add some butter brickle bits to them, not that they need it but I think it would be a nice twist. I give this recipe 5 spoons!

Churros
Rating:
Muy bueno! We added a teaspoon of vanilla to the batter and they were absolutely delicious! Very easy to make. If your kitchen was smoking and almost on fire than you simply got the oil way to hot, try using a thermometer for frying next time. I will definately make these again.
