"Wow! We doubled the recipe, using one can of "petite diced tomatoes" instead of two cans of the fire roasted tomatoes (I live in a small town, and there just weren't any here). We also used whole wheat penne pasta, and we used Italian Seasoning Blend instead of plain oregano. We baked it covered for 30 minutes, then topped it with an 8 oz package of shredded mozzarella cheese and put it back into the oven to melt the cheese. My family is still inhaling it as I type. Great recipe! (I recommend using cooking spray to coat the aluminum foil cover, since it did stick to some of the pasta.)"

"Authentic Fried Ice cream should be coated in toasted coconut and cinnamon, sometimes honey. NOT cereal. It gets soggy."
