I have made this several times now and have tweaked it a bit. I cut up about a quarter pound of bacon and fry in the pot until crisp. I also add kelbasa sausage cut in small quarter size pieces. I fry all ingrediences intil well done. Then drain. I add the chicken broth, tomatoes, spices and let it simmer for about an hour (you really dont need to simmer at all). Right before I get ready to serve I add cut up shrimp. I serve with fried corned bread. YUMMM YUMMM

Pumpkin-Spice Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting
OMG THIS CAKE IS AWSOME. Instead of a 15 X 10 inch pan, I used a 9 X 6 inch and cooked it an extra 20 min. This has got to be one of the best cakes I have ever eaten. My Husband loves it. I will definately be making this again and again.....

Harvest Pork, Sweet Potatoes and Rice
Tasted real sweet, husband and I loved it. Next time I will make smaller portion and use as a side dish, instead of whole meal or main course. Very easy to make,

Pork Chop Bake
Cooked this last night and we loved it. Not enough cook time for the onions to be done so next time I'm going to fry them alittle before putting them in the potatoes. Was too much cook time in the oven for the pork chops. NEXT time I make it, I will have learned fromthe first time. Delicious meal!!!!
