Slow Cooker White Chicken Chili with Hominy Delicious, hearty soup that really hits the spot on a cold day. I added a cup of chicken stock to thin it out a bit, and the topping of sour cream when served makes it very creamy. Husband approved too! Served this with some homemade corn bread--yum dinner! Will definitely make again!
