"This was a great meal for our family always on the go! I slow cooked it all day, came home, shredded and added bbq sauce, went to practices, and it was ready to eat when we came home. I used pita bread instead of buns for a twist, less carbs. We love it and can't wait to have it again. I'm doubling it next time so we can have leftovers. "

"This was a nice change for our family. The brown rice gave it a nice texture. I shredded the carrots just for the picky eaters. We will try this again."

"Okay so this recipe didn't turn out for me. I did everything it said to do and they stuck to the cookie sheet so bad I couldn't get them off the pan. I tried cooking them the time it suggested, but no luck. So I tried the next batch with less time, a little better but they were a little doughy in the middle and still stuck to the pan. The taste is good though. :) My boys liked them. They just scraped what they could off the pan and dipped them in milk. We had a good laugh with this recipe."
