"this roast was super easy to make and very flavorful! The one thing I did since my guys dont care for bits of garlic is to use the salt to rub the garlic and rosemary into a kind of paste and just used that down in the roast. It was YUMMY! Simple recipe but a keeper!"

"I used to make this but lost the recipe! My family loves this recipe but I always tweak it using a bit more cheese and making sure that I cook the flour and margarine for a few minutes before adding the other ingredients. This gets rid of the grainy texture also using whole milk cheese will cut down on the oily grainy texture since the low fat cheeses just dont melt as well! The boys did brown a bit of hamburger to add in to the mac n cheese to make a one pot meal. YUMMY!"

"I made this for a late lunch today. I did make some substitutions instead of the ground beef used a pack of steakum's, threw in 1/2 jar of roasted red peppers and some garlic. It came out quite well, will make it again with adding some flavor to the bisquick mix."

"we have been making it this way for years, I do add about 1 teaspoon of worshshire sauce and some chopped onion when making it. There is more flavor that way, my daughter that has moved out makes it for her family."

"This was fantastic! I used left over ham and chopped it but subsitiuted brocoli and cauliflower since thats what I had on hand. I also added a bit of chopped garlic in with the melting cheese. This is a recipe that you can play with and add all sorts of veggies or even leave out the meat and make it side dish. Will make this again."
