"This was WONDERFUL! I'll definitely be making it again. It tastes like Summer! Instead of the recipe's frosting I whipped about half a cup of whipping cream, then stirred in a can of cream cheese frosting, and then added about two teaspoons of the lime zest, it was AMAZING! BTW, this can serve a LOT more than 12, we served 17 or 18 (5 children), and still have about a quarter of the cake."

"Super fast and easy! So yummy, great for crowds, for a couple people, or for a family. This is definitely one of my standard BBQ dishes, then I can focus on the real dishes, burgers, kabobs, teriyaki chicken, smoked brisket, pulled pork, smoked pork loin, fried turkey, it goes well with anything. I usually add BBQ sauce and a touch of garlic, either fresh, pickled, or powdered."
