Ice Box Pudding Cake
I was overcome with joy when I saw this recipe on here. I really didn't think anyone else knew what is was except for our family and all my cousins. We actually grew up believing that my Great Aunt Grace "invented" it. We were raised on this cake and to this day my kids and I consider it a special treat when Grandma makes it. Although it may sound so simple and boring to the average person, once you taste it you will want to put it on your lap and just keep eating it. It usually doesn't last more than a day in our house. There is just something about the 3 simple ingredients that when put all together is just heaven. The main tip is you have to let it sit in the fridge for awhile just so the graham crackers get nice and soft and then grab a spoon and enjoy. Delishhh!
