Loaded Potato Quiche
"Just finished making 2 of these. Had baked a Ham for Sunday dinner and had lots of ham left. I used frozen grated hash browns (that's what I had) and used Shallots instead of Scallions (again all I had). Came out perfect and the taste is excellent. Took all of 70 min. to cook "

Easy Chicken Pot Pie
"This is an easy, quick recipe to put together on a work day. I have used left over beef pot/oven roast, turkey and even pork with this same recipe. You can use frozen mixed veggies( 1/2-2 cups, instead of the steamer pack, if you don't have it. Also, can use any cream soup, mushroom, celery or potato. "

Hearty Chicken Pot Pie
"This is so easy and quick. It's a great way to use up leftover chicken. I've also used Turkey and Roast Beef. With the beef, I add a tablespoon or so of Worcestershire. My husband asks for it often."

These were simple to make and a very quick dessert. You can use most anything for the filling. I even had some apples I wanted to use up so cooked them down a little on top of stove and then used as a filling.

Caramel-Peanut Butter Bars
Rating:
I just made these to take to family for Christmas. I think 18-20min for the cookie base is too long. I cooked 18 and the base was a little too hard. I also think they are really too sweet for my liking, but that's me. Others may like them more than I did.

Layered Peanut Butter Bars

Absolutely delish! Hubby said it tastes just like a Reese's PB cut. He's one happy campe! If I don't freeze them now, there won't be any left for company on Thursday! I did shorten the cookie base time to 14min. Last "base" was done too much for another bar recipe with the cookie mix. Might just be my oven, but I would watch it closely.
