"I fixed this for dinner the other night. My son and I really enjoyed it. Sent him home with a copy of the recipe. We both decided to try the other variation with apricot jam. I used Smucker's All Fruit orange marmelade. Turned out very good. Perfect for someone who has to watch what they eat. Fit right in with my diabetic food plan. I served it with brown and wild rice."

"I have been baking these every year since my sons were little. They are now 34 & 38 and still ask for them every year. Can't seem to keep them on hand long enough to give as gifts. I usually end up baking several batches. I highly recommend this recipe."
