Ginger Crinkles These cookies are dee-licious! I baked them for a friend who is a diabetic, so I substituted Splendor for the sugar. I also took the advice from a couple of other reviews and decrease the amount of ginger to 1 teaspoon and increased the flour to 2 1/4 cups. I also flatten them out a little before putting them in the oven. The came out looking just like the picture. They melted in my mouth!!
