This is one of my all time favorites. I had a similar recipe and used both to make it. I didn't use as much green pepper, and I added onions sauteed with the hamburger. Also some minced garlic. I precooked my lasagna noodles about 5 minutes, this shortened the overall cooking time. It just takes too long using uncooked noodles. I've made this about 5 times now and love it.

Chicken Fajita Pizza
I give this one 5 stars, my husband ate almost the whole thing himself! Very tasty!

Grilled Cheddar Burgers and Veggies Packs
I used lean hamburger which probably affected the taste somewhat, but I think it would be much better with lipton onion soup mix in the hamburger, and some seasonings on the potatoes. It was kind of bland, but healthy.

Cheesy Chicken Casserole
OMG I am really impressed! This was so good I ate some cold later that night! I made my cheese sauce from scratch since I didn't have the canned stuff, and didn't want all the fat anyway. I used reduced fat velveta & cheddar. It's one of the best casseroles I've ever ate, and I'm not a cauliflower fan! I am the casserole Queen & can honestly tell you that you can't go wrong with this one. I added more sauce than what it said also.

Deluxe Cheeseburger Melt (lighter recipe)
I added another 1/2 can soup, it seemed to dry. I also turned the oven down, and it almost overcooked. You have to watch the bottom of the crust if you have a see through pan. It needs something extra flavor-wise, maybe some light velvetta cubed up or something.

Chili Casserole with Cornbread
When I first started adding all the ingredients to the pan I thought it was way too much. I didn't think the cornbread would rise above it. I was pleasantly suprised. It turned out wonderful. The only thing I would change is next time I will make my own homemade cornbread, the packaged stuff is too sweet for my taste.
