Slow-Cooker Make-Ahead Sausage and Mushroom Scrambled Eggs
This was a hit at my office. I used turkey sasuage, 1% milk and healthy choice cream of mushroom soup. I also added ground mustard because I always use that when I make an egg dish. It was so good! The soup adds great flavor and keeps it moist as it is in the slow cooker making it great to serve at a pot luck or for brunch.

Beefy Italian Ramen Skillet
My family loved this meal. It was so tasty and fast! The night before I cooked up a double batch of ground beef for tacos. I saved a pound of it for this recipe. I used a frozen three pepper blend with onion instead of green bell pepper. It cooked up in less than 10 minutes. Everyone kept going back for seconds.
