Almond Poppy Tea Cookies
Kids loved this cookie. I didn't even get a chance to put the frosting on before we ate them. Will make again.

Chocolate Chip-Oatmeal Shortbread Cookies
I didn't change anything in the recipe, but I used a small icecream scoop to portion each one. They baked for 13 minutes at 325'F and were light in color, but not mushy inside. This cookie is delicate and can be easily crumbled, but that was fine with me. I made mousse and crumbled up the cookies on the bottom to make a crumbly crust. It balanced out the sweet mousse and gave the dessert some texture. It is a keeper for me! Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Pumpkin Swirl Brownies
This recipe was okay, but a bit too gooey in the middle making it hard to dish out. Probably needed to cook longer I guess! Most likely won't make this again.

Glazed Toffee Bonbons
Great Recipe and fun to make! No left overs! Make sure to bake all cookies before putting on the frosting. The frosting tends to set up quickly and is hard to manage if left too long. Will make again.

Butter Pecan Thumbprints
This cookie was great and sweet! I didn't have pecans, so I used walnuts instead with great results. They did spread some, but it was still worth the work. No problems with putting the filling in or baking. I will definitely be adding this to my Christmas cookie platters this year!

I added this recipe to the annual cookie plate and was pleasantly surprised to find out that one of the recipients of the plate said that he wasn't a big cookie fan until this cookie! A fancy sprinkle on top was the finishing touch. It reminded me of a marshmallow brownie recipe from years ago, but 10 x's better! Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe! Definitely a keeker!
