Bacon and Hash Brown Egg Bake hmm. not a fan of bacon in anything other than by itself. switched it for Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage, added afew jalepenos that i sauteed with baby bella shrooms/yellow onion, subbed the hash for 2 med. russet tators that i cubed and sauteed over med-high heat. also switched up cheese for half white sharp cheddar and extra sharp yellow cheddar (cracker barrel brand sold in stores). added a tsp of italian seasoning, smoked paprika and dill.
