"Fun to make. I used a pizza cutter to easily cut these before and immediately after baking. Also, my pecan tree trunks didn't stick so well and were popping off after baking, so a bit of the white frosting "glued" them back in place. I had trouble with melting my white vanilla chips for the frosting but the canned decorative frosting worked well. Finished with the tiny yellow star and some green sugar sprinkles, these made a beautiful addition to my holiday baked gifts. Really yummy with a cup of coffee."

"Yummy & extra easy to bake. AND... I found the Ande's mints already chopped & bagged right next to the regular chocolate chip area in my local grocery store! That saved some time for sure :) My husband is picky about sweet treats, but I've caught him multiple times with his hand in the cookie jar for more of these to enjoy. Thanks!"

"I had good luck with these and being a lemon lover, it fit in just right with my holiday cookie assortment of cookie flavors. I did use the crushed lemon drops and had no trouble, but I really like the idea of using lemonade mix instead. Will try that next time."
