Gluten Free Banana Cupcakes with Browned Butter Frosting I made these with out the GF. I added pecas, cinnamon and nut meg to the batter as sugguested in other reviews which turned out beautifully. The cup cake its self was excellent , but i did not like the frosting very much. Maybe im just not good at frosting but i found it a little chalky. Overall it was alright. I would make these again but maybe just buy cream cheese frosting or use a different recipe.
