Gluten Free Ultimate Chicken Fingers I can't have eggs so I soaked the pieces of chicken in rice milk for a few minutes. Then tossed them in a container with the mix. The chicken tenders were very tender and tasted great. My son asked me to make them that way every time. I also put the unused portion of the mix in the refrigerator, to be used as an easy meal at another time.
