"My family really enjoyed this meal. I noticed many other reviewers mentioned it being a little mushy, so to avoid this I just added a few extra tortillas and cooked it for only about 3 hours. To add a little more spice I put taco seasoning in the beef and used light cheddar cheese soup instead. Quick and easy meal!"
