Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies
These cookies were delicious! I have been using whole wheat flour in baking for a long time now. I did make a couple changes -- minor really, but here they are. I doubled the recipe, so I used 3-4 tsps of vanilla and instead of two sticks of butter, I used one stick and about 2/3 cup of Brummel and Brown spread. I also used three eggs instead of two (for a doubled recipe). I used a whole bag of mini chocolate chips and about a 1/4 - 1/3 cup of regular semi sweet chocolate chips. I cooked my cookies a bit longer - about 12 minutes. Fantastic! Crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside.
