"Everyone loved it at the party I took this too. Perfectly moist, didn't fall flat, good on sweetness, professional looking but I took some precautions based on previous reviews: 1) use two 9in pans or three 8in otherwise it'll spill over. 2) to keep cake from collapsing while baking, separate the egg yolks from the whites. Beat whites until light & frothy. Separately beat yolks until golden & creamy, then mix everything in. 3) To cut the sugar down I didn't use frosting for the filling but 4 serving box of choco pudding mix, 1/2 c milk, 1/2 c Irish liqueur. 4) Cool glaze in frig. When you pour it over on top, you don't need to spread it out. It'll naturally fall off the sides beautifully"
