I love this soup! I've only heard good things from my friends and family that I've cooked this for. The only thing I don't add is celery seed, and that's just a personal preference, I hate the taste of celery and I can taste even the smallest hint of it. I always serve this up with crab melts: crab meat, homemade garlic bread, and monterey jack cheese. They're great for dipping!

Roasted Beef Tenderloin
Unfortunately the store I went to was out of beef tenderloin, so I used this recipe on pork tenderloin and it was amazing. I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil, and specifically gourmet sea salt. It was full of flavor, and I used a glass baking pan instead of a shallow roasting pan, so I could savor the juice that was produced. It was simply delicious!
