Country Chicken and Pasta Bake
Too many times, I've left rotisserie chicken leftovers "die on the vine" (frig). Now I know a dish I could fix anytime, even the next night. This could end up as our top rated comfort food. Substituted cream of chicken soup for gravy, seemed a little dry at the "bake 20 min" stir, made some extra gravy with dry gravy mix during the last ten minutes. Perhaps due to my inexperience or dexterity issues, prep time was a bit longer. But it was well worth it.
