"Made this for the first time for Christmas this year. My first attempt failed miserably. Something was wrong with the crust; either I didn't use enough cookies or didn't bake it long enough. Either way, the mousse managed to go underneath the crust, as well as be burnt AND under cooked. So I tried again. The second attempt, I used a pre-made chocolate graham cracker crust, and the filling stayed where it was supposed to. It cooked thoroughly, with a deep golden brown hue. It rose up a bit, but as soon as it was removed from heat it slowly flattened out. It had to add an extra 8 minutes to the bake time, though, to make sure it wasn't jiggly like jell-o in the middle."
