Mini Apple Crostatas This recipe and video could use some editing. It is unclear how many this recipe is making. While the info says to cut out four, one has to assume four. One apple for four crostatas? Causes doubt. Nutrition info is for one. Again, confusion, 1 crustata or four? Seems a little high for 1/4 of an apple, a little crust and sugar. The video is not clear. Shows her face all the time and does not focus on what she is doing. "Some apples." She shows a bunch of apples, and 1/10 of a second showing a bowl then focusing on something else. Never did show what she DID to the apples, just magically appeared brown colored. Again, emphasis was on her face not what she was doing. Never did show what she did with the dough. You 'assume' (wrongly)that someone even knows what the box looks like, how it comes out of the box, how it is rolled out or put down, onto what? A lot of people have phobias about dough and rolling it out, hence the video to relieve their anxiety, build up their confidence that it IS really easy and they too can create this beautiful looking and probably tasting recipe for themselves and loved ones. Sorry to say that this video did not do that. Please more focus on the preparation.
