Maple-Topped Oven Pancake
"This recipe is amazing! Have recommended to many people. Did what JessieV28 suggested to make a 9inch version and have made big version several times. This will be a recipe that I will use for life! Nothing is too sweet for my husband and I so I drizzle more syrup on top and sprinkle a little powdered sugar"

Chocolate Chip Cookie Baby Cakes
"Made these with walnuts and people are loving them! Will make with pecans next time. Also, only made 32 so I will try to stretch out dough more next time because there was too much topping. Switched first 8 min of cooking to 9 min 30 seconds to account for size. Will make smaller and take more care with getting the topping in the middle so they will look there prettiest. Didn't sprinkle with powdered sugar at the end"

Dutch Apple Wedges
"Made two of these and they turned out pretty good. Added a little cinnamon to the crust mix and more to the apples although I feel like it still needs even more. Also, 1 1/2 cups of apple slices is not enough, aiming for 2 to 2 1/2 cups next time. Might bake the crust for a little less time initially too. Hard to cut at the edges. "

Brownie-Cookie Cupcakes
"Made these in 2 mini muffin pans and they turned out excellent!! Sprayed each cup with nonstick spray. Didn't want to use paper liners because it would have ruined the look of these beauties. Cooked them at 340 F for 15-16 minutes. Came out perfectly. Will certainly be making these again and again! Tip: Spray nontick on your finger tips or the back of a spoon to press down cookie dough and to even out the brownie batter"

Easy Monster Cookies
"This recipe is such a go-to recipe in my household that I have it memorized. Its fun to change it up too. I switch out the two cookie mixes for double chocolate chunk mix and switch the m & ms for white chocolate chips. So delicious! Make the reg recipe and my triple chocolate version for a bake sale and both options went fast!! My husband also loves when I use white chocolate chips or butterscoth chips in the regular recipe. I rarely use m&ms, opting for morsels instead"

Glazed Fruit-Filled Drop Biscuits
Rating:
Just made these and they turned out so good!! I did put a little extra sugar into the dough to make them a little sweater plus I sprinkled a little sugar on each one before baking. Made 8 drop biscuit and 8 mini one in a muffin pan. Both turned out perfect. Will probably make them in the mini muffin pan from now on since they are the perfect size. My coworkers and husband are going to love these!!!
