"This was much sweeter than I like apple desserts to be, and I would leave out all the white sugar, and add another apple the next time I make it. Layering the oatmeal cookie mix on the bottom, apple filling on top of that, and remaining cookie mix on top would also be a great version of this dish. A good dessert though!"

"I tried this recipe, and used the lower fat cream cheese and sugar-free/fat-free instant vanilla pudding. These came out wonderfully, and upon chilling them as directed, we enjoyed sampling these treats. I shared several with a friend, and she raved about how good they are. I recommend this recipe if you'd like to provide a tasty treat that isn't a run-of-the-mill cupcake! Just be careful when you take of the paper liner - that fudgy frosting can be a little messy. You might have to lick your fingers...:)"

"I just tried this muffin mix to serve to frieds who were coming over to visit Friday. They are some of the BEST I have made in a long time! I recommend these to anyone. I tried them because I am doing Weight Watchers, and know that the fiber content in them makes them a better breakfast choice than other muffins might be. I used 2% milk, egg sub., and applesauce, and they were delicious, soft, and a great treat for breakfast. My friends and their 3 & 4-year-olds loved them."
