" Ok, added a few extras to make it a little more flavorful. Added, 1/2 cup ricotta cheese, 3 eggs instead of two, 1/2 cup of seasoned italian bread crumbs and bumped up the Bisquick to 3/4 cups. With this recipe, you will need to use a 12" pie pan, and I recommend caramelizing the onions first before you mix them in. Good recipe, otherwise."
