"I love cheesy au gratin potatoes but have never made them from scratch, as my Nona used to make them! I have only made them out of the box. Good still but not amazing! I made this recipe with meat loaf and me and my fiance both loved it! I will be making these every chance I get! Potlucks, Holidays, dinner parties! I loved this recipe! I did add minced garlic to my butter tho, b/c cheese and garlic are my true loves in food, and it turned out great! I will be looking for any excuse/reason to make these again! YUMMY!"

"I grew up hating meat loaf but recently tried a friends and it was amazing and moist! I decided to maybe give a try again and plus my fiance loves it. I found this recipe and scanned through the reviews and decided to give er a whirl! It turned out great! Full of flavor and very moist! I will however put BBQ sauce into the mixture as well as on top next time! Sweet Baby Rays Hickory Brown Sugar BBQ sauce really gave it a nice added flavor on the top! I will be cooking this again for us and for small dinner parties, couldn't believe how easy it was either! "

Cheesy au Gratin Potatoes
