"I love this recipe. However, I just cook it on the stove in a big pot. I usually triple the recipe for winter parties. Super easy, yummy and hearty. This is one of my favorite recipes. If you are worried about the celery becoming to soft, put the harder veggies (potato, carrots, parsnips) in first and add the leeks etc, later. "
