Lemon Ginger Chicken
Yum! This was a delicious recipe. My husband and I both enjoyed this and it was simple for me to make. I might have him cook it next time! We served it with a green bean casserole and I'd love to add some crusty rolls next time. I'll definitely be making this again.

Philly Cheese Steak Casserole
Overall, I thought this was a great recipe! My husband loved everything about it. It was pretty simple to prepare which is always nice. It didn't really scream "Philly Cheesesteak" to me, it was more along the lines of beef stroganoff, but good nonetheless. I mixed cheese into the sauce before I poured it in with the meat and noodles. I will probably whip this up again sometime.

Asian Chicken Tenders with Zesty Lemon Sauce
My husband made this for dinner (which I am thrilled about!) so if he can make it, anyone can make it! That's one perk - the simplicity. The only thing I was disappointed about was that the tenders were not as crispy as I hoped. I'll try to get more panko on them next time. This is great on a night when you need something quick.

30-Minute Beer Cheese Soup
Not sure where I went wrong with this recipe : ( I was really excited and it ended up tasting awful. A big waste of 2 lbs. of cheese and a beer! I may try this again to see if I can make it better. The popcorn on top did taste good.

Slow-Cooker Layered Enchilada Dinner
My husband and I LOVED the authentic enchilada flavor in this dish. I mixed a can of refried beans in with the meat & soup and also added some of the cheese. I cooked it on high for about 3 hours. I will definitely be making this again and again!

Chocolate-Topped Sea Salt Caramels
I made 2 batches of these caramels. The 1st batch, I made plain with no chocolate on top. I only took them to the soft ball stage, not quite the firm ball. They were very very soft and tasty. I cut them in small pieces & wrapped them in wax paper, twisting the ends to look like old fashioned candy. I love them with the chocolate on top as well but I couldn't get it to stick very well. Definitely keeping this recipe!

Ultimate Mac and Cheese
Made this tonight for my husband & some friends...I got rave reviews! I modified the recipe a little but it was delicious. So creamy and tasty. Try tossing in some bacon and some peas to jazz it up a little. Definitely making this again.
