Hash Brown Potato Bake
This was really good. My hubby suggested to maybe only put half of the soup in it next time. As it was a bit too rich. I will try that, and maybe the cream of celery instead of the cream of mushroom. It was also easy to make, and I used it for a side dish for 2 nights. It would definatly be a good side dish to take to a family gathering or pot-luck.

Salisbury Steak with Mushroom Gravy
My hubby and I just love this recipe. I make it just as the recipe says and its just wonderful. And its very easy to make. I made this quit a few times and will continue to make it.

The recipe was easy to make. But I did have to amke a few adjustments to it. I added more of the heavy cream, and pepper. Parmesan cheese, other than the Kraft brand, is hard to find in my grocery store, I even checked the deli. So I bought Sargento. It was okay. We did like it. But it took me a while to get the sauce to thicken up. I think with a few more changes, and some good, premium quality parmesean cheese it will be really great.

Slow-Cooker Meaty Italian Spaghetti Sauce
This spaghetti sauce is absolutly wonderful!! I did add extra mushrooms (my husband loves them). My husband and I have made about 3 or 4 meals out of it. It''s very easy to make. I don''t think I will ever buy jar spaghetti sauce again!

Baked Steak Burritos
This recipe was quick, easy to make, and an easy clean-up. My husband and I loved it. We think it would also be great with ground beef or chicken. I definatly be making this again!
