Bacon-Ranch Potato Salad
Rating:
This was awesome. I had to make subsitions because I did not have all the ingredients. I used half of a sweet onion, chopped. Two medium tomato's from my garden. I seeded them and diced it. I also used 6tbs of reduced fat real bacon bits. This salad was easy to make and very flaverable. My husband like it.

Slow Cooker Beef and Creamy Potato Casserole
Rating:
Very good and easy recipe. I made a few changes I did not use the french fried onions. I shreded a medium onion and toasted in the oven. Next time i just put in the onion with out toasting. I also used a half a can of french onion soup in place of skim milk. It was creaming I will make this again.

Slow Cooker Spring Rice Pilaf
Rating:
I made this tonite to go along with Slow cooker 20 garlic chicken. It tasted good. I made a mistake in the prepartion and left out a step. I did add the water and broth to skillet and bring to a boil. I added all the liqud to the crockpot than added the browned rice and onions. Then I discovered my mistake. I set the crockpot on high and cooked it a hour longer. The rice had a creamy texture but a little crunchy. I added a little more water and finshed it in the microwave. It turned out creamy I added paremsean chesse to it. It tasted good. Next time I'll pay closer attention to the directions

Salisbury Steak Dinner
Rating:
Very good. I followed the receipe I eye balled the measurements. I did not have seasoned pepper salt. I just used seasoned salt and added the pepper. I had to simmer it 10 minutes longer so the poatoes were cooked thru. I served it green beans and corn on the cob. It was easy and quick to make.

Cheesy Sausage and Egg Bake
Rating:
Very Very Good. It was easy to make but it lost a spoon for time. You could save time by using pre cut vegs. Like some of the reviewers said the combination of meats, cheeses and vegs are endless. I did not use bisquick. My husband does not like it. I made up a bisquit recepie and it worked fine.
