"Outstanding recipe! Tastes completely like an enchilada meal without slaving in the kitchen forever. I did make a few changes. I used tortilla chips and a can of hominy in the place of corn tortillas because I had it on hand and because corn tortillas don't have as long a shelf life as those two. When the ground beef was browning, I seasoned it with garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Other than that, I totally followed the recipe. I plan on remaking this one because it was a super fast, super easy, and total crowd pleaser!"

"I have four picky eaters in my family and all of them loved this coleslaw! I only made two changes -- I left out the raw onion and I added toasted sesame seeds for a little crunch. Really fast to make. Definitely a keeper! "

"I agree with what others have said; it's a great side dish served hot. I made a few changes to mine was: I cooked off the garlic in a little oil oil before adding in the potatoes, green onions, broth, and 'cajun' seasoning. I used canned broth in the place of the granules. I also added some bacon bits. "

"Really simple recipe, and it tasted great. I made a few changes though: I ran the store bought chicken and the mozzarella cheese through the food processor together until it had the consistency of cous cous because it would make it easier to mix/bind/form patties. I also used butter crackers instead of bread crumbs. I added more Parmesan cheese, some roasted garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. I combined all the ingredients in a gallon sized zip top bag and mixed them that way to save on mess and dishes. (I mix all my chicken dishes this way because, until you add the egg, it's safe to taste and adjust the seasonings as needed.) I'd say the prep time was extremely conservative. I made mine with spaghetti noodles, garlic bread, and a salad on the side and it took about an hour so be sure to give yourself enough time! "
