"This isn't about this recipe...but...Try the recipe for potatoe soup on the back of Knorr Leek soup mix. I use the very small Idaho potatoes and DON'T peel them, just half them and I add freah chopped Parsley. It is wonderful!"

"I just made this recipe again but used fresh peaches instead of strawberries. Wonderful and loved by all. The crust is still a bit hard to cut."

"taste was wonderful but took longer than 30 minutes prep time and hard to cut with fork the grandkids had to use fingers but were very happy with the taste!"

Slow Cooker Cheesy Potato Soup
