Gold Medal® Fresh Strawberry Pie
"So fresh and summery! I added sugar to the crust. I hate unsweetened pie crusts. And I used lemon juice instead of zest in the cream cheese. I find zest too bitter. And it was delicious! The perfect finish to a barbecue or pasta salad dinner."

Pumpkin-Pecan Spice Cookies
"These amazing cookies are baking as I type. I just couldn't wait to share how delicious they are. I, too, used butterscotch chips instead of white chocolate chips and completely omitted the drizzle on top. You really don't need it and it sounded putzy. These are VERY easy and do not take long. A tip for you all: instead of having to measure out all those spices, I used 2 heaping teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice. It's all the same ingredients. I also loved how easy to scoop these were. I highly recommend! And it makes your house smell yummy :) "

Apple Crisp
"My family is finishing this fabulous apple crisp as I type. It was super delicious! I did half apples and half pears and instead of the nutmeg, I did Pumpkin Pie Spice. Really easy to make, very warm and comforting, and if you use lower-fat butter it's pretty good for you too. :) "

Gold Medal® Fresh Strawberry Pie
"I had no problems at all getting the strawberry glaze to thicken- just be patient and keep stirring and it will happen but even after cooling it and refridgerating the pie for the amount of time it says, when trying to plate it completely falls apart and becomes a mess. It's a very delicious mess though but I don't know if maybe I let it cool longer if it would stay pie or not. I may try again..."

Creamy Tomato Soup with Grilled Cheddar-Basil Sandwiches
"This soup and sandwich combo is perfect for a cold day! Super simple to make and delicious. I used french bread for my grilled cheeses and they were terrific. And I agree with the other reviewer that actually made this recipe, you shouldn't review something you haven't tried. Plus, why are you making grilled cheese if you are cutting calories? Either use substitues or find healthier recipes. But this combo is well-balanced and super yummy!"
