"Made these tonight... WOW!!!! They were AMAZING! Kids went back for seconds. The only change I made was I added both cayenne pepper and cinnamon and honey to the melted butter basting sauce. I will be making these again... "

"I wanted a new salmon recipe to try out on my family. I will just say I had no left overs. Even my kids who are not big fish eaters ate this and just loved it! I did use more parmesan cheese and the bread was not chopped as small as the recipe called for. I also comined the butter and lemon juice to coat the fish. Because I used more ingredients to encrust the fillet(I am sure more than the recipe called for) my fish took a little longer to bake. Salmon came out moist and plenty of flavor. I will be making this again, in fact making this week!"
