Frosted Rocky Road Bars The cooking time for this recipe is way off. The cake should be cooked much longer than 20 minutes before adding the marshmallows. When our "finished" bars were done they were inedible. The cake was pure goo and we could not cut them into bars nor get them out of the pan to eat them. We give this one only one spoon rating as it would not allow us to give it a zero spoon rating.
