"Almost a good dish, but it needs the following changes: leave out the Italian sausages (they don't work with kraut, so save 'em for sausage, peppers and onion sandwiches), throw some dill seeds into the kraut, and DON'T poke the sausages- you want 'em juicy, not dried out. "

"You'll need some lemon, pepper and hot sauce on the side for serving these babies, and more beer to wash them down. Bur increase the quantity based on the number of revelers- a normal male will consume a dozen, easily. "

"These brownies (morenos?) rock! I did 3 batches, from mild to wild (adjusting the cayenne), and everybody from young to old had a version they loved. For the man-cave, make sure you have some beer to wash them down- chocolate and beer are a natural together! "

"These are fruitly summer-refreshing, but with the added subtle depth of the hops and malt from the beer. They go very well with BBQ'd shellfish (think shrimp or scallop skewers) that features a lemon-lime marinade, or just grilled clams or oysters with a finishing spritz of lemon."
