"I've been making this soup for years, using only the potatos, onions, chicken broth and cheese. So easy & delicious! To make the soup more creamy, I add a can of Carnation Milk and heat through just before serving."

"When making stews, etc, in my slow cooker, I use canned potatos instead of fresh ones, as they don't break down like regular potatos after being cooked a long time. I also use canned potatos to make a quick potato salad when unexpected company arrives"
