"My grocery store did not have fresh turkey breasts and I did not want to buy chicken breasts and pound them to be thin. So I went to the meat deli counter and requested 1/4" thick cut precooked oven roasted turkey. I still marinated it with honey mustard dressing and pan-seared it for a few minutes before adding carrots and snap peas. It turned out great, the turkey was very juicy and not dry at all, and the hubby & kids liked it! Made a quick batch of Betty Crocker instant mashed potatoes on the side, and it was a quick & easy meal!"

"This was super easy to make! I took a dish of it to a potluck lunch at work today, and it was the only dish on the table that was empty at the end of lunch! I like it better than green bean casserole, and I will definitely make it again!"

"I just made these for a Thanksgiving potluck at work - they were a big hit! I had trouble finding mini fillo shells (went to 2 different stores), so I bought regular fillo sheets and used 1/2 roll, tore it into small 1" pieces. I did not double the filling or nuts or glaze as others suggested, and I thought the ratio turned out fine. I will definitely make these again!"
