"I've never had a problem with runny dough, but if change the consistancy of the finished product to a more brownie like texture use a butter spread instead of regular butter. The ratio is 1-1. Just leave the cookies set a little longer in the pan before you transfer them to your cooling racks as they are fragle until they finish cooling."
