"I made these for a friend's party. I was first amazed by how much they were so much easy to make and second by how much everyone liked it! And as mur007 said, I used the tart shaper. It made it easy to make the cup shape."

"I read the other reviews and, thus, made a small change to the recipe to make it less sugary. I used about half the amount of the butter and allowed it to melt with the brown sugar and the cinnamon in the microwave. Then I added some milk (didn't measure) to make the spread more smooth and to make up for the omitted amount of the butter. It came out fantastic and less greasy. For the frosting, I used smaller amount of powdered sugar (didn't measure it, but comes about 2-3 table spoons) with the same listed amount of "light" whipping cream. It tasted great! I gave this recipe 4 points because of the changes I made. I think I will make these pancakes again!"
