"This was the perfect dinner after a long day. I was very hungry and didn't want to take too long to make dinner. I found it a bit salty between the hamburger helper and the French fried onions. I pretty much stuck to the directions except after putting on the French fried onions, I left the lid off because I didn't want them getting soggy. I served this by itself, but if I were to make it again I would probably serve it with a salad to cut the salt/fat. However, my daughter loved the noodles and that's pretty big because she is very picky. I think the steak sauce made it though because otherwise it wouldn't really have much flavor. "

"This dish was sooo good! I think I had three helpings the first night and ate the leftovers for the next two days lunches. I cooked it a bit longer because I forgot to thaw out the potatoes. There were still some undercooked potato pieces after it came out of the oven, but I didn't mind. I also used fat free sour cream instead of regular, but other than that I stuck with the recipe. I would definitely make this again. "

"I thought these were pretty good and so did my husband. I took others advice and sprayed the pan before adding the enchilada sauce and I put taco seasoning in with the beef. There was definitely no lack of flavor. If I were to make these again I would probably make my own enchilada sauce. I didn't really prefer the one that was suggested. I would also use corn tortillas because they hold up so much better. I just finished the leftovers and the tortillas were pretty soggy :( Overall, I would try it again. It was very simple to make. "

"My husband and I loved this casserole. I left out the crab because we are trying to pinch a few pennies, and it wasn't missed. I like how I was able to make it ahead of time and keep it refrigerated. The sauce soaked up nicely in the noodles so it wasn't so soupy which was nice. This is definitely a recipe that I will keep in mind. Next time I'll probably serve it with garlic bread and salad so that I will be able to have leftovers. I highly recommend this casserole!"

"We had this last night for dinner and it was good, but a little bland. I made the recipe pretty much exactly as it's written except added a full cup of salsa to the rice and didn't use tomatoes or black olives. If I were to make it again, I would probably add a layer of ground beef that's mixed with taco seasoning and use a spicier salsa (we used mild). That being said, our very picky two year old had second helpings so I'm happy about that. "
