"I use Texas Toast bread, LIGHTLY toasted and a little mayo on both slices. Thinly sliced, firm vine tomatoes. Thick-sliced bacon, cooked medium- not chewy, noy crispy. Crisped, crunchy fresh butter lettuce piled on."
