Slow Cooker Pork Chops with Apples and Squash
"This meal turned out great! I changed it a little bit. I only used one apple, & I added a red bell pepper to the mix. I also used pork tenderloins & just layered them on top. Also, there was way more seasoning than I needed. You could easily use half a cup of sugar instead of 3/4 cup. Also, I didn't cook it for 8 hrs. I put it in the over with aluminum foil over it at 400 & baked it for 2 hours & it was perfect. Other than that, it was amazing. I highly recommend it! "

Cream Cheese French Toast Bake with Strawberry Topping
"This turned out great! I actually ended up using honeynut cream cheese though instead of pineapple because the grocery store was out of pineapple. It was still just as delicious! I made it for a Mother's Day brunch & it was a big hit. I will definitely be making it again & I definitely recommend it to anyone who loves french toast or for that matter, just loves breakfast food! :) "

New Orleans "Best" Gumbo
"This gumbo turned out amazing. I changed it up a little by not using the oysters or the chicken gizzards. I actually used 2 whole bell peppers, 1 green & 1 orange. I seared the sausage, crab meat, & shrimp together and seasoned it with Creol Seasoning & then added it directly into the gumbo with the vegetables. I didn't really follow how many cups of water I used. I just added as much as I thought would be needed. And the last thing I did differently, is I added half sized corn on the cobb (as many pieces as there were people eating). Basically though, this gumbo was delicious & I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who loves Cajun food! Mix it up & enjoy!"

Herb and Garlic Chicken and Vegetables
"This turned out wonderfully. I exchanged the potatoes for green beans that had been cut into 2" pieces and also added some fresh garlic. It was delicious and the chicken was still tender. Also, I didn't use a soup packet, I just used rosemary, salt, pepper, & a chicken and herb seasoning made by McCormick. "
