"My whole family loved this dish! Said it tasted like Thanksgiving in a dish! I added some salt and pepper, used french green beans (my husbands fav), and used a bit more stuffing on the top. Great one Betty!"

"Great enchiladas! I normally use flour tortillas in my enchiladas so I did half flour and half corn. We ended up liking the corn more because the flour ones got soggy. I will be using white corn tortillas next time."

"Great dish! I was a little unsure of how this would taste but my husband ate two helpings! Make sure to thaw the potatos first and they should have no problem getting cooked. I ran out of ranch dressing and used some ranch dip, which worked fine and added more cheese. You will also need more chicken and corn flake crumbs if you are going to put this in a 9x13 dish. I will be making this one again soon!"

"My husband and I loved these! They made for a fun dinner and combined everything we love! I grilled the onions in butter before adding them and also added some chopped jalapeños. I used the large biscuits but they turned out to be too big. I could not fit enough of the chicken mixture in the middle without it overflowing. Next time I will split the biscuits in half."
