Creamy Quinoa Primavera
"Yum! I used feta instead of romano, extra garlic, zucchini and broccoli, and neufchatel cheese. It was pretty easy to make and quite healthy with all those veggies! Just a note, my veggies took much longer to cook than the two minutes it says. "

Twice-Baked Potato Casserole
"Yum! This recipe was easy to make and a huge hit with the family. Plus, when made with reduced fat sour cream and cheese, it's quite healthy!"

Lightened-Up Whole Wheat-Blueberry Muffins
"I didn't think they were missing anything at all! I actually thought they would've been better as chocolate chip muffins instead of blueberry- for some reason the blueberries didn't quite work for me in them. The other problem I had was that they stuck to the paper wrappers really bad, so next time I will probably just grease the pan."

Gluten Free Rocky Road Fudge
"It wasn't bad at all, but was nothing like the fudge you would find at a chocolate shop. Very easy and quick to prepare though. It was very thick and tasted a lot like the frosting. I left out the walnuts because of an allergy. I think adding some graham crackers to turn it into a kind of bar would've been tasty though. Good, but could've been better!"

Honey-Bran Cookies
"Yum! I used 1/4 cup of butter and 1/4 of applesauce instead of all the butter to make them healthier, and they turned out great! They're sweet, chewy, and flew off the plate. Mine baked perfectly in 6 minutes, but I think they were smaller than the recipe said because it made 60, not 36."

Strawberry Jam-Filled French Toast
"This was quite good. I just used whole wheat low-calorie bread instead of french because I didn't have any, and 3 original Laughing Cow cheese wedges because I was out of cream cheese. Quite easy and quick to make and very yummy!"

Honey Nut Stacks of Snacks
"These are really good! A cup of butter seemed like a lot so I used half a cup of butter and half a cup of unsweetened applesauce instead. A delicous and super easy breakfast or snack!"

Brown Sugar-Oatmeal Cookies
"These were AMAZING! A cup of butter seemed like kind of a lot, so I substituted 1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce for 1/2 cup of butter. I also used 2 cups of white flour instead of the wheat. They baked up perfectly in 12 minutes. These are probable the best cookies I've ever made- a new favorite!"

Heart-of-My-Heart Cookies
"These cookies were delicous!!! I used a smaller cookie cutter to make them and froze half the dough, and made about 2 dozen cookies. I used my own icing (not the recipe shown)and served the cookies on Valentines Day. They were all gone in a few minutes, and only 5 of us were esting them! I would definetly recomend them!!"

Best No-Roll Sugar Cookies
"These were pretty good. They smelled kind of weird when they were baking. I only cooked them 7-8 minutes and the edges got brown(yum:D). They were ok, but I''ve had better."
