"Such an easy delicious all-in-one meal! I didn't have the frozen hashbrowns but the Betty Crocker hashbrowns in a box were a super substitute and the onion in the hashbrowns took care of the onions in the recipe. This potato casserole is similar to something I make all the time, this has replaced it. You can serve the potatoes with anything, they are sooo good! Thanks for another winner Betty!"

"Made this today for Christmas Eve and it is absolutely delicious! I love cilantro and agree you can't not leave this out, the lime juice makes a big difference as well. I put two cans of chopped green chiles and used yellow and white corn. The pepper sauce gives it just enough heat and all the flavors are perfect compliments to each other. This is a definite keeper and if you want something different than regular chili this is the one!"

Quick Ham and Cauliflower Soup

"This was beyond easy and sooooo good and filling, just the soup to make when you have leftover ham. The flavors are so spot on, loved the tang of the mustard, the kick of my freshly ground white and black peppercorns, the nuttiness of the cauliflower with the velvety potatoes and the smooth rich soup made from the scalloped potato sauce, chicken broth and half & half. This will be a new cold weather favorite whenever I make a big ham! Great recipe!"

"Hands down the best pot roast recipe I have ever tried. You must love onions for this one, which I do. I put potatoes and carrots with the roast and it was delicious, but next time I will follow the recipe and serve the veggies seperately. I agree with fellow reviewers that the sauce made from this recipe can easily be used as a french onion soup base, it is that good! Definitely a keeper and a recipe that has replaced my old pot roast recipe!"

"This was a very good easy recipe overall. The glaze/liquid mixture was a nice contrast with the sage playing off the maple syrup just right. Make sure to use real maple syrup as it will not be too sweet. The vegetables are nice but I found the carrots and squash together were just a tad too sweet, next time I might put some yellow squash or potatoes instead of the carrots. The sauce that you make with the drippings was perfect. I made some stuffing and salad and I had a perfect Sunday dinner. "

"Tweaked this a little because my grocery store didn't have turkey breasts. I bought the smallest turkey I could find (8 lbs) and doubled everything. The turkey fell off the bones and was so tender and juicy, the gravy mixture with the bacon was infused in the turkey and veggies which were tender and delicious. Such a nice slow cooked meal! I also used small yukon gold potatoes as I like their flavor better. Add some stuffing and you've got a great comfort meal. Really good and simple."

"So easy and delicious, this was just right for a cold winter's supper with garlic breadsticks and a salad! The only thing I would do differently is add another bag of chopped broccoli. This is similar to a baked potato soup so you can season it pretty much any way you want, I put extra salt, cracked pepper and some chives for extra taste. I loved it and will make it again."

"I just made this soup today and just the smells coming from my kitchen when I opened the door made my mouth water! I altered this recipe a bit but it is a great base for whatever you want to put in it, I put Yukon gold potatoes instead of the sweet potatoes, white sweet corn instead of yellow, and red and yellow peppers instead of green. This soup is so flavorful, the sweetness of the corn and peppers play perfectly with the earthy cumin and oregano, I crunched white corn taco shells on top with a shredded white cheddar cheese, then fresh cilantro. Delicious and hearty!"

"Very nice twist and new take on two of my favorites! Recipe was so easy and the flavors blended so well it tastes like you really slaved on this when you didn't! I put in more onion and garlic powder and seasoned the chicken with Adobo with cumin and some fresh ground pepper to add to the flavor. It was also just a tad too soupy for my taste so I mixed in some Wondra flour to thicken it up a bit. All in all very tasty, especially with the sour cream and fresh cilantro. I also added some shredded cheddar and monterey jack cheese that made it even more enchilada-like. I would even use this recipe as a base for regular chicken enchiladas to put in the tortillas then cover with enchilada sauce, it's that tasty. I'll make this again as an alternative to regular chili."

"What a great, easy and delicious casserole! I couldn't find the Progresso mushroom soup so I used half cream of mushroom and half cream of chicken in the recipe which worked fine. They also didn't have the french fried onions which I'm not a huge fan of anyway so I mixed breadcrumbs with onion powder for a nice crunch on the top. This was a huge hit paired with the slow cooker rib recipe, and is a great side dish virtually any meat you are making. I will be making this again and again!"

"These were so easy to make, I put the rub together the night before (I used garlic and onion powder instead of real garlic and onion as I don't like the bits in the sauce), rubbed it on the ribs and let it sit in the refrigerator over night then poured the cola on the ribs the next morning and cooked for 8 hours. The meat came out so tender it was falling off the bones with a nice smokey with a slight sweet flavor from the brown sugar and cola. Since I used a hickory liquid smoke and the rub had brown sugar in it I found Bullseye hickory and brown sugar barbeque sauce which complemented the ribs' flavor perfectly. I made the spinach swirl potato casserole to go with them and they were an amazing addition to the meal. You really can't go wrong with this recipe, it was easy and delicious. This will become one I'll make at least once a month!"

"Extremely easy recipe, the pork is as tender as can be and the sauce is absolutely delicious! I had to tweak it a little because my store didn't have shallots so I grated peeled garlic very fine and used extra green onion like the recipe said. I also mixed chicken broth with the white wine and it was lovely. I also threw in a can of whole potatoes for a true "meat and potatoes" slow cooker meal. I will definitely make this again with other meats and veggies because the sauce enhances anything you make it with!"
